Andrew Cuomo charged, to be arrested for alleged groping

Former NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo was charged with forcible touching and set to be arrested next week for allegedly groping an aide who worked with him in the Executive Mansion, and if convicted, then he’ll face potential jail for a year, and have to register as a sex offender.

The NY Post’s source reported that someone filed a criminal complaint in the Albany City Court naming Cuomo in the disturbing situation. The complaint said Cuomo forced his hand under a woman’s blouse shirt, ‘for no legitimate purpose’ and then put his hand/s on her ‘intimate body part.” That was followed by saying that Cuomo had “Specifically, the victims [sic] left breast for the purposes of degrading and satisfying his sexual desire.”

The complaint said it happened in the Executive Mansion on December 7, also saying what floor and room it allegedly took place. The victim is reportedly former Cuomo aide Brittany Commisso, as also noted by the NY Post, who was given information by an attorney representing Commisso.

Cuomo has until sometime next week to turn himself in for arrest and get officially booked.

He is scheduled for court on November 17.
