New 2024 presidential poll shows Trump defeating Biden in several important states

Several 2024 presidential polls conducted by Emerson College reveal that ex-President Donald Trump could win against President Joe Biden in some very important states. According to a poll, Trump leads Biden by five points in Georgia. Six hundred potential general election voters participated in the survey, which had a margin of error of +/- 3.9 percentage points. Georgia was won by Biden in 2020 and by Trump in 2016. The winning margin for Biden in Georgia was less than 12,000 votes.

According to a recent poll, Trump leads Biden by 14 points in Ohio. The margin of error for the poll, which surveyed 925 probable general election voters, was +/-3.2 percentage points. Ohio was a state that Trump won in both 2016 and 2020. Trump also surpassed Biden by five points in a new survey conducted by Pennsylvania’s Emerson College. The margin of error for that poll, which included 1,034 voters, was +/-3 percentage points. Pennsylvania was a state that Trump won in 2016 but that he narrowly lost to Biden in 2020.

According to a recently released USA Today/Ipsos survey, 56% of Democrats believe that Biden should not seek reelection and that the party needs reform. Biden has been doing poorly in the polls. Only 44% of people believe Biden should seek reelection, said Daily Caller.

A USA Today/Suffolk University poll reported that 50% of Democrats wished Biden wouldn’t run for reelection, while a Harvard CAPS-Harris poll suggested 71% of all voters opposed Biden’s reelection. Earlier polls have revealed similarities. Among Georgia voters who are highly likely to vote, President Biden has a 42% approval rating; 57% of voters dislike of the job he is doing. President Biden and former President Trump would face off in a fictitious 2024 presidential election, with Trump winning by a margin of 51% to 46%.

Emerson College Polling‘s executive director, Spencer Kimball, stated: “Younger voters, aged 18-34, are driving Trump’s performance in Georgia. This group, who voted for Biden over Trump in 2020 63% to 30%, have narrowed their support to 53% to 46%. Their support has receded while still supporting the Democratic candidates Warnock and Abrams at 63% each. This cohort of younger voters also have the lowest approval ratings of the President: 34% approve and 66% disapprove of Biden.”

39% of participants stated they are more likely to support the former president in 2024 as a result of the recent FBI search of Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home, 30% say they are less inclined to do so, and 31% say it has no effect on their vote.
