WATCH: Washington 13-year-old Selflessly Saves Young Boy Trapped In Seaweed Under a Dock

In a terrifying but still heartwarming incident out of Everett, Washington, a 13-year-old teen saved an 11-year-old who became trapped in seaweed under a dock, jumping into the water to save the kid from what would have likely been a horrible death by drowning. The Everett Fire Department praised the young man for his selfless bravery.
