Rand Paul is fired up and had no problem letting people know how he felt in his brutal rant that targeted both Republicans and Democrats over giving out free money and adding to the already high debt of the country.

The Republican Senator lashed out about adding to the debt for the future generations and called out both sides of the political spectrum for being no different in the sense they’re just handing out cash, like $600 to Americans while sending millions to other countries, in a move that makes literally no sense to any Americans struggling to get by because their job was closed due to restrictions.

The relief bill is 5,593-pages and will be $2.3 trillion and Rand Paul does not like it.

Some notable quotes from Rand Paul are as follows:

To so-called conservatives who are quick to identify the socialism of Democrats: If you vote for this spending monstrosity, you are no better.

If free money was the answer… if money really did grow on trees, why not give more free money?” Why not give it out all the time? Why stop at $600 a person? Why not $1,000? Why not $2,000? Maybe these new Free-Money Republicans should join the Everybody-Gets-A-Guaranteed-Income Caucus? Why not $20,000 a year for everybody, why not $30,000? If we can print out money with impunity, why not do it?

We can’t keep pretending that more debt is a sustainable policy course. Leadership is not passing on the problem to someone who can’t protest. Leadership is making the hard choices now. This is what we have to do. I will oppose this new debt and I will continue to sound the alarm until we change our course. Our country can be saved. We can survive this if we pull together, but adding more debt is a mistake. It is not the solution.

Needless to say, Rand Paul has a good point. However, we need to address the elephant in the room and wonder why America, who is in debt, is sending MILLIONS to other countries in our OWN relief bill.

Why are we sending money to Pakistan for a gender program when we have Americans who are struggling to make ends meet because their governor put restrictions in place and now they’re out of work?

That $10 million going to Pakistan should be going to American families and it’s no wonder so many people are irritated with Congress.

Fiscal responsibility of the individual is important, but so is the responsibility of our own government. If they put Americans in a crisis, then get them out of the crisis before paying for gender programs in other countries. Whatever Pakistan needs for gender programs has nothing to do with our citizens who need help.
