Here we go again with Rep. Ilhan Omar and her controversies and scandals. When she’s not facing accusations of immigration fraud and marrying her brother, then she’s being called a homewrecker for allegedly breaking up a marriage with her possible lover, Tim Mynett.

The NY Post has dropped an absolute bombshell exclusive news report that suggests Omar had paid yet ANOTHER $150,000 to Mynett’s political consultant group sometime in the three months after the NY Post exposed the pair for being possibly romantically involved.

The NY Post stated

The 37-year-old Minnesota congresswoman’s campaign has funneled $146,712.63 to Mynett’s E Street Group since The Post in August reported allegations she was having an affair with her paid consultant, records show.

The latest payments to Mynett’s group were for digital advertising, fundraising consulting and video production.

When news of the alleged affair broke, Omar had already paid $223,000 through her campaign since 2018 for fundraising consulting, internet advertising, digital communications, and travel expenses to the E Street Group — taking the latest total to $370,000.

Apparently the federal agency who got charged with probing campaign finance complaint against Omar can’t do anything because they don’t have the number of commissioners on their bench to do the actual investigating.

Craig Holman is a government affairs lobbyist with the watchdog group Public Citizen. He chimed in with some really bad information about the Federal Election Commission.

“We have no election cop on the beat. The Federal Election Commission essentially closed its doors so everyone knows they can pretty much do whatever they want to do and that’s the status of our political system today.”

The NY Post continued, stating that Mynett and Omar deny the allegations found in divorce papers filed by Beth Mynett. The one big claim is that Tim broke it off with his wife back in April because he was sleeping around with Ilhan Omar.

Let’s make it more weird.

Omar filed for divorce from her husband in October (not sure if it’s the brother husband or the other husband). That was just several months after Mynett and his wife faced divorce.

In October, Omar filed for divorce from her husband, Ahmed Hirsi, amid the affair allegations — claiming the marriage was “irretrievable.” The split was finalized on Nov. 5.

Here's some stupid ads. I don't care if you click on them or not. They're probably bullsh-t anyway.

The congresswoman’s office and the E Street Group did not immediately respond to a request for comment Friday.

“It doesn’t surprise me at all,” Holman said of the continued payments from Omar to her alleged love interest. “We literally have no election cop on the beat and we’re entering the 2020 election that promises to be the most expensive election in history.”

And get this. Here’s something crazy from all of that. The FEC complaint that was filed said there was “more than $12,673.43 of the payments to Mynett were simply labeled “travel expenses” — a potential breach of campaign finance law, which mandates that travel expenses be itemized.”

WHERE IS SHE GOING THAT COSTS $12,673.43? Have these folks not ever heard of CheapoAir? Come on, this is probably robbing the taxpayers! Unless she bought her own travel and paid it off, or was she using her government money?

I don’t know how they do this with a clear conscience.
