Trump lawyer Michael van der Veen calls out the House impeachment manager's closing argument, says "Their closing did not mention one piece of law. They didn't talk about the Constitution once. They didn't talk about the First Amendment and its application, they didn't talk about due process and how it applies to this proceeding for my client."

Van der Veen brings up again the "doctoring of evidence" and says it was sent while he was already in the room arguing the case. He claims part of the evidence they used was "flat wrong" related to Sen. Lee and withdrawn. He says they used evidence that was not ever presented in the case, in the closing argument.

Van der Veen mentions due process and calls their attempt, "desperate."
