White House press secretary Jen Psaki turned some heads on social media when this little video clip came out from one of her briefings.

Psaki squared up with Fox News' Peter Doocy again and this time he tried for one of those pesky questions about keeping "kids in cages." Psaki goes to put her foot down and that's where this video clip comes from.

WATCH Psaki's response:

The full context?

Peter Doocy suggested that Biden's administration was hypocritical because Vice President Kamala Harris had "opposed the policy of imprisoning children."

That's when Psaki said, "we very much feel that way... These are facilities -- let me be clear here -- one, there's a pandemic going on? I'm sure you're not suggesting that we have children right next to each other in ways that are not COVID safe, are you?"

Doocy pressed on:

Doocy repeated his question: "I'm suggesting that Kamala Harris said that this facility -- putting people in this facility was a human rights abuse committed by the United States government. And Joe Biden said, 'Under Trump, there have been horrifying scenes at the border of kids being kept in cages.' Now, it's not under Trump, it's under Biden."

"This is not kids being kept in cages," Psaki explained. "This is a facility that was opened that's going to follow the same standards as other HHS facilities. It is not a replication. Certainly not. That is never our intention of replicating the immigration policies of the past administration."

Is it the same facility that the migrants have been kept in since the Obama years? I'm a little bit behind on all of that, but what is different from one administration to the other?

Is the treatment different?

Is the setup different?

Is it the location?

What exactly is different?

I think it doesn't matter who the president is at this point.

What I DO want to know is this - where are those children's parents?

I feel horrible if I just yell at my kid. I can't imagine sending them up to the border all by themselves. That's the biggest problem I have with all of this, and that doesn't matter who the president is.

I want the parents to take care of their kids. Shouldn't that be one of the goals - to get the kids back with their actual parents, wherever they might be?
