Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was asked about the House managers presenting their cases to Senate. It's suggested they would need at least 17 Republicans to convict former President Donald Trump in his second historic impeachment trial. One reporter mentioned Trump getting an acquittal and that appears to have set Pelosi off a little bit.

Pelosi responds to a reporter who mentions "all signs" pointing to an acquittal for Trump Pelosi says, in a slightly snappy tone, the following, “they don’t know that. They haven’t heard the case. They don’t have the case. In the court of the Senate, they will make their case. In the court of public opinion, they will make their case... And we’ll see. We’ll see if it’s going to be a Senate of courage, or cowards."
