This could be the most profane statement ever made during a city meeting
Some dude who looks like an ugly woman is making a really epic profane statement about homeless people needing apartments. And to be fair, he’s pretty much right because the cities we live in are pretty dumb when it comes to managing the homeless. We have shelters, but what about getting them out of shelters and using vacant buildings and teaching the homeless to be wholesome again. At some point these folks lost their way, lost their confidence, and some don’t think they can get out of their situation. They need help, and if a man dress as a woman has to tell us that, then so be it. Great speech dude, you’re not a woman, but good speech.
